Maybe the almonds??

Today I am almost ready to try meds. It takes a LOT for me to do that! First, I'm drinking a TON of water, eating yogurt and raisin bran, and some apples/whole wheat english muffins.

Hopefully, those things get me moving again! :)missyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05808071178116448180noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-862750278161876785.post-29227031392974426492009-06-19T19:59:36.421-04:002009-06-19T19:59:36.421-04:00You are my kinda girl, Missy!

Have you been eating anything lately that you hadn't been eating much of before?

I found out that I am allergic to pecans! I had been eating trail mix as a snack nearly every day, and then I'd be hit with bloating and pain so severe that it would take my breath away sometimes. I found out about the pecans and cut them out of my diet (sad, b/c I love them!), and the bloating stopped. So it could be a food allergy or sensitivity. If you can't get a blood test, you could keep a food diary and see if there is a connection between the bloating and the foods you eat.Christie McBridehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01257889805237289467noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-862750278161876785.post-59368625155135654422009-06-19T10:49:24.233-04:002009-06-19T10:49:24.233-04:00You know what, Shauna? The side effects I read about the yogurt are disturbing, and the pills are a bit scary to me. I'm going to eat REGULAR yogurt everyday and see if it's live/active culture thingies help at all.

I'm chicken. What can I say?missyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05808071178116448180noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-862750278161876785.post-87128777688265646712009-06-19T09:17:29.959-04:002009-06-19T09:17:29.959-04:00Um, there's also that yogurt that's suppos...Um, there's also that yogurt that's supposed to do the same thing. I'm not sure if you even like yogurt, or now much it would cost to buy enough to eat it every day... Just a suggestion.n8swifenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-862750278161876785.post-61669000320623485592009-06-18T21:39:19.798-04:002009-06-18T21:39:19.798-04:00You are so funny! :) I can't help you though....You are so funny! :) I can't help you though.
