Saturday morning weigh-in

Weigh in this week: 130.6
Loss for week: .6 lbs

Not very happy about this small loss. It really should have been much bigger for being the week after my period. Well, it is what it is and all I can do is hope this week is better!

Congrats on the loss because it all adds up..

That said, I've had a few .5 losses and it is very frustrating!

Congrats on losing and not gaining! :) I know it's frustrating, but hey, at least the scale is going the right way, right?
