Lunch: Box of Lean Cuisine with a side salad.

Mid-day snack:

Then came dinner. Sigh. This is the food that has cost me untold calories and pounds NOT lost. My favorite. My addiction. My pizza.

So, there you have it. An entire days worth of food...not including any bedtime snacks, of course! I really like doing this photo food log. It keeps me accountable and gives me a distraction after dinner instead of scarfing the last slice of pizza! :)

Mmmmm. Your pictures look so good. What kind of salad is that with lunch? It looks really good.
ReplyDeleteIt's just baby romaine with Light Italian dressing and Parmesan cheese. I usually keep my salads simple, since I eat so many! :)
